Who we are

One owner.
One machine.
No middleman.

Weber Land Management Solutions LLC is Steve Weber, working out of McComb, Mississippi with operator Wade Weber. The person who quotes your job is the person who runs the machine on it — and the person who walks it with you when it is done.

The short version

A two-man outfit is
a feature, not a limit.

Most of what goes wrong on a land clearing job goes wrong in the gap between the person who sold it and the person who cut it. The estimate says one thing, the crew heard another, and the landowner finds out when the timber they wanted kept is lying on the ground.

There is no gap here. Steve quotes the work, Steve and Wade run the machine, and one of them stands on the finished ground with you. Nothing gets lost in translation because there is nobody in the middle to translate it.

It also means we turn down work we cannot do well, and we will tell you when a cheaper service is the right one. A two-man shop lives on repeat customers and the name getting passed around at the co-op — not on volume.

Why we do it this way

We bought the machine
before we took the work.

Plenty of outfits in this business rent whatever is on the lot that week. It keeps overhead low and it means the operator is learning a new machine on your property.

We went the other way and bought the setup outright — a Kubota SVL97-3 and a high-flow mulching head sized to it. It gets maintained on our schedule, it does not get handed to somebody else the week you need it, and the person in the seat has real hours on that exact machine.

That is a bigger commitment than renting. It is also the reason we can quote a window and hit it.

How we operate

Five things you can
hold us to.

Free estimates, on the ground

No charge, no obligation, and done by walking the property — not by squinting at a satellite photo and guessing at an acre rate.

A firm number in writing

What we quote is what you pay. If we find something on the day that genuinely changes the scope, you hear about it before the machine touches it.

Marked before cut

Timber, hardwoods, trails and anything else you want kept gets walked and marked with you before the head starts turning.

Insured, and happy to prove it

Weber Land Management Solutions LLC carries liability coverage. Ask for a certificate when you book and you will have it before we show up.

A final walk, together

Before the trailer loads we walk the finished ground with you. If something needs another pass, it gets another pass — not an argument.

And one more

We will talk you out of it

If bush hogging solves your problem for a fraction of a mulching bill, that is what we will tell you. Being right the first time is how we stay busy.

Straight talk

What we are not.

Knowing where a contractor's limits are is worth as much as knowing what they are good at. So here it is plainly.

  • We are not a logging company. If you have merchantable timber to sell, talk to a forester first — then call us for what is left underneath.
  • We are not a dirt contractor. Grading, ponds, pads that need cut-and-fill and hauling dirt are somebody else's machine.
  • We do not do below-grade stump removal. Mulching cuts at or near grade. If you need stumps out entirely, that is a different job.
  • We are not the cheapest hourly rate around. We are usually the cheapest finished job, because there is no burn, no haul-off and no second contractor behind us.

Call the people
who do the work.

Steve and Wade both answer their own phones. If we are in the seat we will miss it — but a text gets answered the second the machine shuts down.
