If we are in the seat we will not hear the phone — but a text gets answered the second the machine shuts down. Send a dropped pin and a couple of photos and you will usually get a same-day answer on whether we cover it.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Steve or Wade drives out, walks the property with you, and gives you a firm written number. There is no charge and no obligation, and we are not going to sit in your kitchen trying to close you.
How fast can you get out to look?
Usually within a few days for anything inside our normal radius. The cutting window depends on the season — late summer and early fall book up fastest because everyone wants lanes and plots ready at the same time.
Do I need to be there?
It helps a lot. Walking it together is how we find out what you want kept, where you sit, and where the wet spots are. If you cannot make it, we will do it without you and send photos with the quote.
What if I only have a rough idea of the acreage?
That is normal and it is fine. Most people are off by a fair bit in both directions. Give us your best guess and a pin — sorting out what actually needs cutting is part of what the walk-through is for.
